We are ready to head back to school. We met Maddy's teacher today. She seemed great! I hope that Madison has a wonderful year with her. Between ballet, spanish and girl scouts, Madison will be very busy!!

Katelyn visited her preschool classroom also this week. It was very large with centers. I think she will love it.

I am ready for next week---ready to make new friends, start the routine and find the groove!! Happy Friday

Dear Chloe

Today you are 9 months old! Already....it is hard to believe that just nine months ago, you surprised us with your arrival! You were almost named Kylie-you were born the day that A&M played Texas--and the Aggies won. WHOOP!

 But Daddy named you Chloe Nicole.

And just 9 months later.....

You are crawling, happy and healthy!!
We love you to the moon and back---Happy 9 months Chloe.

Too tired

I'm too tired to blog---we have started training for the 1/2 marathon in December. Today I woke up before Eric left for work to get my run in....not far...just 3.08....are you kidding! That is far for me!
My iPod was dead this morning, so I ran without music. Halfway through, I began thinking during my run. I started to think that maybe my running time needs to be prayer time too. So I started to remember all the things that I have to be thankful for...it was quite rewarding to offer my thankful heart while jogging. I came home feeling very refreshed!
So after breakfast and coffee, I'm too tired.
Time to spend the day with my precious girls!

We love it here --- the street is FULL of kids! Yesterday, our door was knocked on twice by little ones wanting to play with Madison and Katelyn. In the evenings (once it cools off) all the children flock to the streets to hang out until way past dark! There are 4 barbie jeeps on the street. One of the little girls told us how to make ours go faster (Hint- unscrew the screw on the toggle that goes Reverse---it goes so fast, the kids can peel out and skid sideways when they stop)

We have been meeting the neighbors too and they all seem like nice, down to earth famillies. 

 Next is taking out the boat to Lake Mead!!! Maybe soon!

I say moving because I'm not sure what else to call it.she scoots with her feet but her shoulder drags the ground---weird I know..see below video.

Chloe will be crawling soon---I hope that Madison and Katelyn are ready for that!

I hope that Mommy and Daddy are ready too.
