Chloe had piggy tails today. She looked adorable!

Peace week

Madison's school had peace week. Each day was designated to wear a particular type of clothing ( jersey day, be kind t shirt day, 60's attire, etc). They have been talking about being nice to one another and how to report bullying. She drew the picture of two flowers and wrote the caption " no two flowers bloom the same way". I asked her what that meant and she provided an analogy to her and Katelyn. She was so sweet about it and stated that they were like beautiful flowers... Different and special in their own way.

She is such a sweet girl.

Roller girls

Madison asked to put her hair in rollers tonight. Surprisingly Kate wanted her hair rolled also. Silly willy!

Phoenix

We drove to meet Eric in Phoenix for the weekend. We ate dinners at Coco's Bakery, went to the zoo on Saturday, swam in the hotel pool, rented The Muppets and ordered room service in Saturday night.

Now it's back home for the week until Eric returns home on Friday. Happy Sunday.

NASCAR 2012

We had so much fun on Saturday watching the race. I can't wait to go back next year. What is even cooler... I drove that track also in December during my racing experience. But not as fast as a NASCAR driver.

Spring Time is almost here

Chloe loves to swing...the minute that the back door slides open, she begs and cries to go outside. Once outside, she walks to playset and points to the swing.

She found a capri sun....don't worry...the big girls drank it before Chloe found it.

Dr. Suess's Birthday was last week. Katelyn made a Cat in The Hat hat at school.

Madison had one also.

Bike day

The weather was beautiful today so we had a family bike ride. The girls played at the park and then we biked a little farther to get yogurt. Then we biked home and stopped at some parks for the girls to play. It was a great day!

Teeth part two

Yay. Katelyn's tooth just fell out. We were talking to Auburn, our new babysitter, and Kate's tooth was in her hand. The tooth fairy was generous and gave her $4 since it was the 4th tooth she'd lost.

Ps. The girls loved Auburn! They had a hair braiding train, played twister, leap frog, drew pictures together on the white board and were ALL passed out in the loft when we got home. I hope that she enjoyed babysitting and will come again.
